Pros: very compact when folded for storage.
"The ladder is easy to configure and is stable in each configuration.
But it is important to know that the description of the ladder states 2.47m in step ladder mode, which is misleading, as this is the safe working height based on someone 1.8m tall. In step ladder mode the actual height to the top run is approximately 1.6m high."

Pros: versatile
Cons: heavy
"As a proffesional in the decorating trade these ladders solve many issues with regards to getting up to many different heights and spaces with the bonus of fitting in the boot of my estate car once folded down. May be seen to be a bit on the heavy side but are very strong and sturdy."

Pros: go anywhere proper ladder, very stable and versatile
Cons: very stiff hinges/locks-but very safe
"I have just purchased this ladder, which was delivered next day. I was a little wary since I am a 5 foot female and thought it might be too heavy for me. No problem. This ladder is excellent: it is strong, stable without any wobbles and easy to set-up and foldaway. It is very compact if you take off the stabilisers: which only takes 2 mins. It is light enough to handle easily/carry around and folds into excellent step ladder; straight ladder: mini-steps: work bench: platform:(you need a plank)+ saw-horse.absolute must-have around the house: brilliant for garden work: hedge trimming and tree pruning. No escaping the decorating and gutter clearing now!. Make sure you grease the click-hinges well, because the springs are very stiff for ladies' fingers...but no problem for men! This is a really well designed and well made product.Recommended. Many thanks."

Pros: versitaile compact and light
Cons: bolt on stabilisers are a bit wide for storage
"I purchased one for a 45quid special. This is a great ladder and can easily be used as a trestle for standing on with a board for painting higher up the wall. Very versitaile, compact and light. Wish I had bought two. The only Con is the bolt on stabilisers are a bit wide for storage. (you have to unbolt them)"

Pros: very sturdy, fits in boot easily
Cons: heavier than they look - but this could be a pro!
"These ladders are very sturdy and extremely good quality. They have an ingenious locking mechanism and are manufactured by Youngman. Purcahed them for £54.99 (with a £10 discount voucher) and had them delivered free of charge! They would be at least £99 elsewhere."

Pros: safety piece of mind.
"This purchase was made with a open mind, due to having had problems with purchasing ladders beforehand, espcecially regarding safety.
I have to say though, i felt extremely safe on this ladder , even to the point where i almost forgot i was standing on it."

Cons: could be a bit lighter
"I checked out most other ladders in this category on the market before choosing this one. I am painting exterior of house and I have used the ladder in all its different 'settings'. I cut a scaffold board in half and placed it on the platform setting and works a treat. In step ladder setting the two sides save me having to turn the ladder around all the time. The two stabilizers combined with sturdy metal rame allow me to climb on to second highest rung to reach tricky areas without any wobble even when placed on gravel or uneven surface. The latches to unlock each segment are obviously durable and reassuringly firm. The other ladders I looked at were flimsy in comparison. All for £60."

Good value for money,

Pros: light weight
"I've seen these types of ladders advertised on television and was always slightly sceptical on how they performed. I also always thought that the typical price they quoted of £99+ seemed high. So when I saw the price of this I thought I'd give it a go and if I wasn't happy I'd return it to Wickes. My doubts were unfounded, good quality, 'brand' name product, light and easy to assemble. Useful piece of kit."

Pros: compact for storage, sturdy, multi function
Cons: none really but click mechanisms are stiff
"This ladder is a lot sturdier than the picture suggests. Although Wickes branded it is made by Youngman. The folding/locking mechanism is very clever, and the ladder when folded will easily fit into the car, under stiars etc. The platform mode could be very useful, although I haven't tried it yet. As an extension ladder and step ladder it feels very secure."
