"easy to install we managed to do it ourselves. it feels safe to climb up and down even with bags. and easy to get to pull down out of the loft would deffinatly recommend"

"Prompt delivery, <24hours. Instructions generally need reading a few times - but i am a novice DIYer. Once the ladder was sorted, installation in the loft hatch was easy. Guardrail to provide extra security, now access to and from the loft is safe. Very happy with product."

Pros: construction, stowage in roof space Cons: assembly instructions
"Being a moderate DIY person was determined not to pay to have this installed. Pleased I didn't although the installation wasn't without problems. The ladder is of good quality but the instructions about assembling the ladder are not the greatest. Had to read several times & a few mistakes made by me but got there in the end. Biggest problem is making up a new loft hatch as old drop in hatch too big. Ladder great & much easier to access loft now. Thanks."
