Pros: cheap, strong, easy to install
"I purchased this as an easy option to get into my loft every now and then. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to install. Also, it comes with everything you need to turn a board/plank into a swinging loft hatch. The ladder is very light, but quite strong. Perfect if you want safe access to your loft without spending a lot."

Cons: slightly confusing instructions
"Good valu product. Instructions take 2 readings and as noted before missing screws and stops are red not black. Even includes hinges and catch for loft flap. fitted on my own in a couple of hours including making hatch"

"good for the price relatively easy to fit as we did it ourselves and did not pay a tradesman, a couple of screws missing and the stop ends were red not lack as described, perfectly functional for the job and i am pleased for the price i paid."

Cons: instructions could be better
"the stops were red and not black as stated. There were only 10 screws to fix to the loft (as stated and supplied) but 14 are needed (as shown in the diagram). Other minor confusing omissions from the instructions."

"I have mine for well over a year now and it is so easy to use. It's safe always their when you want it and no more juggling about with ladders, steps and Trap doors. Fixing could not be simpler.
