Pros: helpful customer service
Cons: local courier let them down

"The product itself is very competitively priced , and easy to fit and good quality.
This was my first online online order, very user friendly site and clear. Problem with delivery as although Wickes shipped the item out next day as advertised their local courier service let them down so that I waited some days for the order to be delivered.
However Wickes were extremely helpful throughout and I think they were as frustrated as I was by the delay..
I shall continue to use Wickes particularly as they now have a new store in Sittingbourne."

Pros: fast service and good prices
Cons: nearest wickes is 75 miles away

"I priced round gutters and fittings,end caps and stop ends locally to replace my cast iron gutters after getting my house roughcast after checking Wickes web site the cost of materials dropped from £151 locally down to £81 with wickes ,best quality and a £70 saving.Ordered at 16.00 and received it next day at 14.00 with free delivery . I will make this site my first call when I need anything again.I will not be held to ransom with local stores"
