Good Honest Basin Mixer...., 30 July 2008

Pros: easy to fit., good product support from oem
Cons: the waste may need sealer.

"Brought one of these mixers taps 6 months ago. It was easy to install to my Wickes basin sink, however the waste needed to sealed with clear silicone as the foam washer was a bit thin for the sink I was attaching it to.
The mixer has performed well to date , however, the pop-up waste rubber seal snapped whilst it was being cleaned! I contacted the OEM via Wickes and they supplied me with two replacement seals the next day. The OEM stated that the mixer and the waste are covered with a 10 years warranty and have given me a contact number to contact them should I require further replacement parts.
To conclude, its a low cost tap and waste solution that performs as it should."
