"To describe this product as hi-tack is nonsense as it has no adhesive qualities whatsoever. However, by using an alternative bitumin adhesive, it does the job OK."

"Brought this to flash the roof of our new conservatory to the house. It was a bit of a gamble as everyone only ever talks about lead flashing which is expensive and complex to install. Not even Wickes have a help sheet on this stuff!!
I used the primer first (highly recommended) and stuck it to the wall and then I cut it to shape with a knife, it's that easy. It can be pressed easily to the shape of the brick using your fingers. The finish is excellent and looks professional too!
It's been up for around 3 weeks in strong wind, rain, sun and freezing temperatures and so far so good. So if you want quick easy to use flashing without the lead nonsense I'd highly recommend using this stuff."
