Pros: no smell, dries super fast, very economical Cons: wear gloves!
"Spreads very easily, very economical in use, best of all has virtually no smell/fumes unlike similar products I've used in the past, so can be used safely at home, PLUS dries incredibly fast even under unperfect conditions - wear gloves though as it dries immediately on skin and is very tough to remove from hands. A top product!"

Pros: spreads well Cons: can be messy
"This will save you a fortune, has loads of uses from dam p proofing external brick walls to sealing walls in the bathroom prior to painting. Also seals dusty floors prior to laying floors. And it lasts forever. Tip : use a cheap brush and then chuck it away."
