Pros: quick to lay - need no nails --very sticky Cons: price and need someone to help remove lining sheet
"had to replace covering on fathers garage roof who lives 300 miles away. got product shipped direct - prompt and accurate delivery. allowed 2 days to remove the old covering, make repairs and do new covering. achieved in much less than one day. it took much longer to do the removal and repair than to fit the new covering. does exactly what it claims. didnt need any lining - laid directly onto wood. stuck very well even on a very cold morning. no need for any nails to pierce surface (apart from on the sides - and even they probably werent necessary). highly recommended product if you want a simple and effective solution that is quick to deploy. not the cheapest but saves so much time"

"I fitted this myself in summer 2007, been over a year and product still working, no problems with adhesve coming of or anything else, I would recommend for flat roofs. Only drawback is price, come on wickes do a better deal!!!"

Pros: no heat needed and easy to lay Cons: no pre formed drip ends/corners
"This easy seal is very easy to lay with instructions on the pack to follow, very strong and hard wearing and you dont need any heat/gas to get it stuck down. There should be some pre formed drip ends and corners as getting this to stay down on a 90 degree angle is impossible without nails and people dont like nails."
