Pros: apply even if roof wet waterproof straight away Cons: more expensive than products
"I had a leaky roof on my garage - old cracked asbestos panels. Had done what I could to patch it up but water still leaking through but couldn't quite work where it was coming from. Applied this product to the roof and it has completely solved the problem. Had horrendous rain since doing the job and not a drop has come through. It's very easy to apply (wear gloves though as it's horrible stuff!) . It seemed expensive compared to some of the other products but it can be applied to the roof even if damp and is waterproof straight away and was a lot cheaper than replacing the roof which was my other option! Would definitely recommend this product."

Pros: simply does the job brilliantly Cons: a bit pricey
"used this product on bay window after trying to repair a felted roof several times previously and failed. Took my time, cleaned surface and applied it carefully ensuring it penetrated all cracks, bumps and hollows, Result - perfect, bone dry inside now. saved a huge amount of effort to fully re-roof. this is a highly recommended product, even if a bit expensive."

Pros: easy and efficient Cons: rather expensive
"I have a small flat roof above an upstairs bay window which had been covered with Zinc sheet, the join in the centre was leaking rather badly. the roof itself was sound so I covered it with the product. I found it very easy to apply and the problem has been solved."

Extend Flat Roof Life,

Pros: tough and durable, adheres well.
"Some years ago my 31 year-old felted flat roof showed signs of water penetration, ie some of the boards were sagging mid joist. I applied this product and touch up annually. No further deterioration has occurred and the ceiling is fine."
