Pros: easy to mix and apply

"I have used this to cover up conduit after having some electrical work done. The channels were chased into hollow blocks so there were some BIG holes to cover. This did the job and there were only a few places that required a second coat (my choice). I'm already looking forward to mixing my next batch!"
