"I think it important to comment on every aspect of the purchase. I ordered this, my first glazed door in the regency collection, in the early hours of Thursday morning. It first arrived for delivery on the Friday morning, however, not expecting such a speedy delivery I was not at home. It was then re-delivered on the Monday.
The door arrived well packaged in a cardboard outer carton and with a plastic covering all over the door inside, ensuring that it reached me in excellent condition. So A1 on service and the £4.95 packaging charge is excellent value.
The door is pre-primed to such a high standard I was almost tempted not to bother with a finishing coat, but I decided to do it in the end. I found a satin white, oil based paint, with just a little paint thinner gave me a beautiful finish. I recommend if you can, painting the door in the horizontal position, to avoid any runs. Only practical of course if you have a large enough surface on which to do so. I know oil based paint takes a lot longer to dry, but I find it best for me as I'm a very slow painter. You could just as easily use water based paint if you prefer a quicker job.
The plastic protective coating on the glass makes the need for masking tape redundant, which is a great plus when painting. The edges of the door are not veneered but are extremely smooth and thus paint with smooth finish.
The glass itself is beautifully designed with a frosted pattern to add extra character, and in addition to that, will add welcome light to dark hallways without windows.
The instructions which come with door are comprehensive. 3 hinges are required for areas where differences of temperature or humidity will occur, such as in a kitchen or bathroom. If you do not have existing screws a length of at least 30mm or 1 1/4" are required.
The lock block is clearly indicated on the top of the door, and in addition, the instructions state how far down to measure to locate the top of the lock block, in relation to the top of the door.
I do recommend having a decent chisel at the ready for doing your hinge rebates, as it saves time in the long run.
The door weighs in at 20kg so you would be advised to get a little help with the hanging.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the door, so much so I intend to buy two more."

"while the doors are good quality,the quality control on these doors is poor,on all 7 doors that i bought the lock block was either in the wrong place or not there at all ,causing a lot of issues when fitting the latch bolts and handles. the lock block location is indicated by a printed indicator on the top of the door,on 3 of the doors there was none and on the others it was printed in the middle."

"i was well impressed with my first on - line purchase from your company and would recommend these doors to all my friends. The delivery was fast and the packaging was first class, sturdy and well protected. The finish on the panels of the doors left me with very little to do to complete the job, a simple coat of paint. Tips on door hanging were included and the lock end of the door was stamped on to wood for easy identification. A good buy at a reasonable price. Free delivery was a big bonus too.Thanks for providing such a professional service."
