Pros: it feels safe & strong, quick delivery, looks smart
Cons: needs a coat of varnish/ paint, some minor chips in wood

"I was very pleased. It arrived early next day, simple to fit, looks good, and no worrying creaks like most metal ones I've used."

Pros: price:performance ratio, handrail, hatch included, straightforward installation
Cons: fiddly catch to secure extended ladder

"We recently moved into a bungalow that needed substantial renovation.
We are lucky enough to have a friend who is truly an expert carpenter & joiner.
He described this product as "...the best loft ladder I've ever installed".
The ladder is substantial, and the handrail (which many don't have) is a very important safety feature."
