Cons: a little flimsy before installation
"On purchasing this loft hatch via the website with standard delivery, it arrived promptly and well packaged.
Although a little flimsy out of the box, it was easy to install and looks very good in-situ. It has made a noticable difference to the warmth in my hall, and the built in insulation panel is to thank.
Overall, I am very pleased."

Pros: much simpler and quicker than building your own.
Cons: less insulation than levels specified for attics.
"Neat and tidy access door. Simple to fit and easy to use. Quick easy solution that is good value for the money spent. Minimal amount of insulation built in but could be overlaid by extra slab or quilt insulation if felt necessary."

"Ordered at midnight on Wednesday, arrived Friday 10 am (ordinary delivery) installed and working by 10-45 am.
Excellent product, looks good, easy to fit and is rigid when fitted."
