Pros: minimal work needed to smooth floor, easy to mix.
Cons: none

"Mixed up for 1 minute, no lumps. Poured out on to floor and left it to spead out. Only needed to gently push the product into corners.
Left it for 2 hours and the surface was hard and as smooth a silk. No lump, bumps or trowel marks.
Fitted vinyl sheet. Loose lay."
