"Builders get a lot of bad press for poor workmanship. Quality work requires quality materials! Out of the 4 packs of floorboards purchased, 2 planks were split, 4 planks were warped and 1 plank was damaged and unusable. The packs were plastic wrapped and therefore difficult to inspect in-store. I will consider using a timber yard in future!"
